Homemade Body Scrubs for healthy, smooth and glowing skin
Most of us are disciplined enough when it come to our skincare routines, with cleansing, toning and moisturising becoming an automatic practice on a daily basis. However, no matter how dedicated to the routine you are, your skin will sometimes need a little treat to maintain it at its best. This is where body scrubs come in.
Body scrubs exfoliate your skin and clean your pores, leaving you with soft, smooth and younger-looking skin.
Homemade body scrubs are inexpensive and easy to make. There are many different ingredients you could use to make a body scrub at home, most of them will already be lurking in our store cupboards.

1. Coffee and Sugar Body Scrub
This is one of the best scrubs you can use for your skin as coffee is rich in antioxidants, which help fight cellulite. The sugar works as an exfoliator getting rid of dead skin while the olive oil penetrates deep into your skin, hydrating it and keeping it healthy.
Use this scrub 2-3 times a week for smooth, glowing skin.

2. Sea Salts Body Scrub
